转Bt基因抗虫杂交棉的应用技术研究

摘　　要：从转Bt基因抗虫棉田主要害虫的发生规律、棉铃虫对转Bt基因抗虫棉的为害损失及其防治指标、适合本农区种植的转Bt基因抗虫棉品种、转Bt基因抗虫棉不同种植比例对棉铃虫发生程度的影响、转Bt基因抗虫棉田天敌种群的消长动态、主要害虫的监测要点及棉铃虫的综合防治措施等7个方面,探讨了转Bt基因抗虫棉在江苏沿海地区的应用技术。The author studied the applied techniques of transgenic Bt hybrid cotton with resistance to bollworm in coastal area of Jiangsu province in the following aspects: occurrence law of target and non-target insect pests, yield loss caused by cotton bollworm and its control index, suitable planted transgenic Bt cotton varieties, effects of different proportions of planting transgenic Bt cotton on occurrence degree of cotton bollworm, population dynamics of natural enemies, principal points of monitoring main insect pests, and integrated measures for the control of cotton bollworm in transgenic Bt cotton field.
