摘　　要：探讨目录学时代特征是目录学的永恒主题,如何有效地解决数字时代网络信息资源的传播、查询、开发和应用是当前目录学面临的一个重要课题。网络环境下信息资源组织表现出标准化、共享化和以用户为中心,这就要求将现代目录学原理与网络技术相结合,使现代目录学能更好地满足网络信息资源的发展需求。The times characteristics of the bibliography is the eternal researching subject of the bibliography.It is an important problem faced with the bibliography at present to solve effectively the spreading,search,exploitation and application of the network information resources in the figure ages.Under the network information environment, the information resources organization has shown off standardization,share and the development direction of regarding users as the center.This will ask for us how to combine the modem bibliography principle with network technique, and it can make modem bibliography satisfy better the development demand of the network information resources.
