摘 要:试验研究了吉林省优质、高产、优质高产兼顾型共12个水稻品种的产量与稻米品质关系。结果表明:稻米品质与产量呈负相关,产量提高虽然能提高稻米的加工品质,但是外观品质、营养品质及食味下降,除单穴穗数外,提高任何产量性状的表现型值都会使垩白率、垩白度和直链淀粉增加;穗长、主茎一次枝梗数量、生物产量与胶稠度呈正相关;饱满粒率、千粒重、主茎二次枝梗数和经济产量等产量性状与蛋白质含量呈正相关;单穴穗数、生物产量、单穴草重、主茎一次枝梗数量、着粒密度表现值高、食味值高。提高单穴穗数、降低着粒密度、增加穗长和稻米的长 宽比有利于提高品质。12 rice varieties of high quality and yield were used in this experiment to observe the relationship between yield and quality. The results showed that there was a negative correlation between quality and yield of rice . Although yield increase could advance milled quality, rice exterior, nutrient quality and sapor declined. The increase of any yield component resulted in the increase of chalky kernel percentage, and chalkiness and amylose content and the decrease of rice quality. There was a significant correlation among panicle length, first branch of panicle of main stem, biological yield and gel consistency. If full-grain percentage, 1 000-grain weight, second branch of main stem and economical coefficient were higher, protein content was also higher. If panicles, biological yield, straw weight, first branch of main stem, grains density of panicle increased, sapor improved. In a conclusion, heightened panicles, length of kernel and declined grains density of panicle can increase quality.
