摘 要:使用空气 -水系统 ,试验研究文丘里洗涤器操作参数 (液气比、喉管气速 )及喉管长度对其压力损失的影响。结果表明 ,喉管气速对压力损失的影响比液气比的大 ,压力损失随液气比增加呈线性增加 ,而随喉管气速的变化基本为平方关系。在此基础上 。This paper is inclined to present the results of the authors' experimental study on the effect of the operational parameters (liquid to gas ratio and throat velocity) and the throat length on the pressure drop in Venturi scrubbers. Venturi scrubbers are widely adopted by the customers to remove the dust from the environmental polluted air. We know that the power of the fan and the efficiency of the scrubber are directly dependent on the pressure drop of the machine. Our experimental results show that the throat velocity has a larger effect on the pressure drop of the machine than liquid-to-gas ratio. Furthermore, the pressure drop is linear with liquid-to-gas ratio, while it is proportional to the square of the throat velocity. On the basis of our experimental investigation, we have also given a discussion on how to determine the throat length of Venturi scrubbers by taking the collection efficiency model recommended by Yung.
