摘　　要：本文阐述了路内测试的基本原理,探讨了基于路内测试的电路板故障诊断方法,研究了采用路内测试设备进行舰船电子装备维修测试与故障诊断的有关技术问题。This paper introduces the basic theory of the in-circuit test. The methods of fault diagnosis for print circuit board based on in-circuit test are discussed. Some techniques of maintenance test and fault diagnosis for ship electron equipments with in-circuit test device are studied.
