非木材纤维自催化乙醇制浆的特点

摘　　要：与传统化学制浆相比 ,非木材纤维自催化乙醇制浆的制浆工艺及成浆性能都有明显的特殊性。以荻原料为例 ,分别对其未漂浆的洗涤工艺、制浆过程中灰分的变化、纤维分离点、浆中木素含量与卡伯值的关系等的特殊性进行了分析和讨论。Compared with the conventional chemical pulping, auto-catalyzed ethanol-water pulping is of apparent speciality in pulping technology and the resultant pulp properties. In this paper, the features of brown pulp washing technology, the change of ash content during pulping, the fiber liberation point as well as the relation of kappa number and lignin content of the pulp were discussed with silvergrass as example.
