摘　　要："三个代表"重要思想是中国共产党在新世纪里必须长期坚持的指导思想,村级党组织是践行"三个代表"重要思想的最前沿阵地。始终代表先进生产力的发展要求是村级党组织刷新自己在村落社会权威合法性的物质基础。始终代表先进文化的前进方向为村级党组织重构村落权威提供文化底蕴和智力支持。始终代表最广大人民的根本利益是村级党组织的动力,而且在执行、验证"三个代表"重要思想过程中获得了丰富、发展"三个代表"重要思想的理论基因。The three-representation thought is the guiding idea which the C.C.P must adhere to consistently in the new century whereas the village-level Party organization is the front of carrying out the three-representation thought. Persistently representing the advanced productive forces is the physical base of the village-level party organization re-shaing the legalization of its authority in village. Persistently representing the advanced cultural orientation is the intellectual support of the village-level party organization re-constructing its authorization; persistently representing the fundamental interest of most people is the driving force of the village-level party organization. The village-level party organization can acquire new theoretic insights in the process of performing and testing the three-representation thought.
