摘 要:水冷式表冷器热力计算理论包括干、湿、半干半湿工况的热力计算方法、工况判别方法、相关术语的定义及热工实验方法。对各部分研究现状作了综述。指出干工况热力计算方法已较成熟;湿工况热力计算方法以建立在等价干工况基础上的方法综合评价较好;半干半湿工况因把湿状态段转换为等价干工况处理而取得进展;国内目前使用的工况判别方法不及ASHRAE推荐的或卡尔波斯提出的工况判别方法;以等价干工况为理论基础的热工实验方法使表冷器实验得到简化。分析了干工况和湿工况的总传热系数实验公式的表达形式。The thermodynamic calculation theory of water-cooled surface air coolers includes thermodynamic calculation methods (TCMs) of fully wetted, partially dry, and completely dry cooling conditions, method of judging work conditions, definitions of relative terms and thermodynamic testing method. Reviews present research status. Points out that the present TCM of dry cooling conditions is mature; that the TCM of wet cooling conditions based on the equivalent dry cooling condition (EDC) is synthetically the best; that the TCM of partially dry cooling conditions has made theoretical progress because of transforming heat transfer on the wet coil surface into one of corresponding EDC; that ASHRAE's or Karps' method of judging work conditions is better than the present domestic one; that testing method is simplified based on EDC. Analyses the experimental formula of total heat transfer coefficient of fully wetted and completely dry cooling conditions.
