摘　　要：讨论了目前用于地理信息系统应用软件二次开发的主要模式的优缺点,得出组件式GIS开发是当前最为流行、高效、快速的开发模式;利用MapX控件结合面向对象程序设计语言Visual C++实现了一个小型地理信息系统应用软件的开发;通过具体的开发过程得出了开发组件式地理信息系统应用软件的基本过程和方法,为地理信息系统应用软件的开发提供了基本的开发模式.First, it is considered that the development of COM-GIS is the most popular model in developing GIS application software according to the features of all the models in developing GIS application software. Then, a small GIS application software on the basis of Visual C++ and MapX technology is developed. Through developing this software, the method of developing GIS application software is obtained. With wide application of GIS in all the fields in China, the development of GIS application software becomes more and more important.
