摘　　要：社会中介组织与非营利组织研究之间已经出现了很大程度的冲突。本文从人类行为的两种基本逻辑出发 ,讨论公共部门和私有部门之外的领域中组织分类问题 ,提出将第三部门类型分为非营利中介组织和营利性中介组织两种类型。再根据组织的产权性质和专业化程度进一步论述这种分类的深层原则。There are great conflict between research on social intermediary organization and NPO. This paper discuss types of organization outside public sector and private sector from two basic logics about human action, and suggest to divide the third sector into two types: for-profit and non-for-profit intermediary organization. Furthermore, The article discusses the deep principle of this classification according to property right and professionalization. [
