摘  要:近年黄河非正常调水发生频繁,在缓解下游干旱的同时,也给龙羊峡水电站造成发电损失。本文分析了损失的原因和损失计算的方法,用相关关系法进行了计算,举例说明了相关关系表的应用方法。最后针对存在问题提出了加强水土保持、优化水库调度及建立合理的调水补偿机制等相应对策。Recently, the abnormal water dispatch from the Yellow River often happens, which abates the drought in downstream as well as bring power loss to LongYangXia power station. The primary analysis of loss reasons and the account methods of the loss are conducted in this paper, which accounts the loss using the methods of correlativity, and provides an example to illustrate how to use the correlativity chart. At last, some advices are proposed such as protecting water and soil, establishing compensation system for abnormal water dispatch and operating the power station optimally.
