摘　　要：介绍了溶剂法浸镀铝的工艺流程。指出基材材质、铝浴温度、浸镀时间、出炉提升速度是影响铝覆层质量的因素,而钝化处理则是提高镀铝件抗蚀能力的重要手段。This paper introduces the process of the hot-dipping aluminium by the solvent method and proposes that the basic material, the temperature of aluminium bath, the time of hot dipping and the lifting speed after dipping are factors influencing the quality of the aluminium coating, but the passivation treatment is an important measure improving the corrosion resistant ability of the aluminium plated parts.
