摘　　要：发动机曲轴油孔口边毛刺对发动机的工作质量有很大影响,通过增加油孔口边倒角工序及采用不同倒角工具的方法,均不能解决这个问题;而采用砂布块抛光头、砂布卷抛光头,按一定的抛光工艺进行抛光,能简单、易行、优质、高效地对轴颈表面油孔口边进行光整加工,有效地清除了油孔口边毛刺,保证了发动机的工作质量。Burrs at the oil hole edge of crankshafts deteriorate the reliability of engine operation. This problem has not been solved yet by adding a bevel cutting operation at oil hole edge or utilizing different beveling tools. A polishing operation at oil hole edge on the journal surfaces is supplemented, namely polishing the hole edge by polishing head with abrasive block or abrasive cloth in accordance with a definite polishing procedure. In this way burrs at oil hole edge can be simply, easily and effectively removed, the working quality of engines is therefore guaranteed.
