摘　　要：本文从信息文化的基本内涵着手 ,首先对信息文化在现代社会中的积极作用及其原因进行了较为深入的分析 ,其次论述了信息文化有可能带来的一些负面影响及其原因 ,最后简要提出了解决这些负面影响的对策。The first part of this thesis gives an introduction of the basic concepts and theory about information culture;The second section analysis the positive effect and the reasons about the information culture in modern society,The third section gives a deeply analyze about the possible negative effect and the reasons;At last it gives a simple statement to avoid these negative effect.
