摘　　要：本文首先阐述了国内外信息网络安全现状与发展趋势 ,并以此为背景 ,重点探讨网络环境下 ,领导决策信息咨询服务系统安全保障体系的建构思路。The author has discussed the present security condition and development trend of domestic and overseas information networks in this thesis.Based on this background,primarily discussed the structure,steps and application strategies of security system for leaderships decision information consultation service under the circumstances of networks.
