摘　　要：农民群众是否积极参与是新型农村合作医疗制度成败的关键 ,了解农民对合作医疗的想法 ,对开展这项工作具有重要意义。对试点县和非试点县共 6 6 81农户的入户调查表明 :新型农村合作医疗制度的建立有群众基础 ,农民有积极参与的愿望。但也存在农民对合作医疗的认识还没有完全到位的情况 ,文章强调应进一步加强宣传教育 ;树立形象、规范管理 ;筹资水平的调整要尊重农民的意愿 ;应坚持政府组织引导、财政资金支持和多渠道集资相结合的原则 ;Whether the countrymen take part in the new rural cooperating medical system actively or not is a key factor to success. To learn of the countrymen's attitude to the new rural cooperating medical system is very important for our work. The results of investigations of 6681 countrymen of experimental county and non- experimental county show that new rural cooperating medical system has a good mass foundation, and the countrymen have a positive desire to take part in it. But the problem is the cognition of new rural cooperating medical system has not been completely available to the countrymen. We should strengthen the promotion work, and management job. Fund raising should be adjusted on the basis of farmers’ will. We should adhere to the following principle (government leadership, financing support, multiple channel of raising funds) to do this work. We should also realize this work is hard and perennial.
