摘  要:目的 :探讨蒲公英总黄酮提取液对 D- gal衰老模型小鼠脑组织的抗氧化作用。方法 :采用小鼠注射 D- gal制成衰老模型 ,蒲公英总黄酮提取液灌胃 30 d,测定小鼠脑组织内 SOD、MDA、L PF的含量。结果 :蒲公英总黄酮提取液能提高衰老模型组小鼠脑组织内 SOD活性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,降低 MDA、L PF含量 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :蒲公英总黄酮提取液能提高衰老模型小鼠脑组织的抗氧化能力 。Objective: To observe the anti-oxidation effect of the total Flavonoid extract in Taraxacum mongolicum Hand-Mazz on the brain of ageing model mice induced by D-galactose. Methods: The senile mouse models induced by D-galactose were prepared and given total Flavonoid extract in Taraxacum mongolicum Hand-Mazz for 30 days. We measured the activities of SOD and the content of MDA and LPF in the mouse brain . Results: The total Flavonoid extract in Taraxacum mongolicum Hand-Mazz enhanced the activities of SOD (P<0.05),and decreased content of MDA and LPF (P<0.05) in senile mouse model. Conclusion: The total Flavonoid extract in Taraxacum mongolicum Hand-Mazz can enhance the antioxidative ability of the brain of senile mouse models, so it has the antiageing effect.
