尿浸片法在尿定量培养中的可行性分析

摘　　要：目的 :通过尿培养的标本实验 ,了解尿浸片法在尿定量培养中的可行性。方法 :为需菌尿检测病员提供能自行操作的尿培养浸片 U RICU L T经典型 ,按要求操作后送检。结果 :6 2 8例尿浸片培养检出细菌 391例 ,阳性率为 6 2 .2 6 % ,与临床诊断尿路感染病例有良好的符合率。结论 :经典型尿浸片法 ,是一个良好的检测方法 ,具备细菌培养和菌落计数的统一性 。Objective: To explore the feasibility of uricult for quantitative urine culture .Method: Uricult dip slide was given to the patients who needed bacteriuria detection and took it to laboratory for test after operating by themselves according to the standards concerned. Result: It was found that 391 of 628 of feverish patients were positive (62.26%) and the positive rate was approximate to the rate of clinical diagnosis for urinary passage infection. Conclusion: Uricult is a fast, available, effective and reliable in the clinical diagnosis for urinary passage infection.
