乙型肝炎患者不同血清标志物HBV DNA的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨血清HBVDNA水平与HBV标志物 (HBVM)表现模式的相关性。方法　血清HBVDNA定量检测采用PCRELISA法 ,HBVM采用ELISA法。结果　在HBVM阳性的 36 6例血清中 ,有 199例HBVDNA阳性 ,占 5 4 .4 %。血清HB sAg、HBeAg、抗 -HBc阳性者HBVDNA阳性率占 95 .2 % ,≥ 10 6copies/ml占 6 5 .2 % ;HBsAg、抗 -HBe、抗 -HBc阳性者HBVDNA阳性率占 2 9.1% ,≥ 10 6copies/ml占 17.6 %。结论　血清HBVM阳性患者中约 5 5 .0 %的血清HBVDNA阳性 ,且HBeAg阳性患者中HBVDNA含量及阳性率均明显高于抗 -HBe阳性者 ;在抗 -HBs、抗 -HBc阳性或HBsAg阴性者血清内也有HBVDNA阳性者。Objective To study the correlation between HBV DNA and hepatitis B virus markers(HBVM).Methods PCR ELISA was used for quantitative assessment of HBV DNA,HBVM were detected by ELISA.Results Of 366 patients with positive HBVM, 199 had positive serum HBV DNA (positive rate 54.4%).The positive rate of HBV DNA in patients with positive serum HBsAg, HBeAg,and anti-HBc, was 95.2% and the positive rate of HBV DNA content greater than 106 copies/ml was 65.2%.The positive rate of HBV DNA in patients with positive HBsAg, anti-HBe and anti-HBc was 29.1% and the positive rate of HBV DNA content greater than 106 copies/ml was 17.6%.Conclusions The positive rate of HBV DNA is about 55.0% in the patients with positive serum HBVM and is obviously greater in the positive HBeAg serum than in the positive anti-HBe serum. There are positive HBV DNA in patients with positive anti-HBs, anti-HBc, or negative HBsAg.
