摘　　要：为探讨SysmexSE -9500血细胞分析仪白细胞分类结果及异常提示的可靠性 ,取机测无异常提示100例 ,有至少一种异常提示的标本200例 ,做血涂片瑞氏染色后进行人工分类计数WBC ,统计分析机测结果与人工镜检结果符合率。结果显示SysmexSE -9500白细胞分类结果在一定范围内且无异常提示者比较可靠 ,可直接发报告 ,而对超过此范围或有异常提示的标本必须进行人工镜检 ,以保证工作质量。To investigate the reliability of classification and suspect messages of white blood cells(WBC)of Sysmex SE-9500100normal cases and200irregular cases were selected to be classified by microscope and SE-9500respectively after Wright's dying and coincidence ratio of the results was statistically analyzed.It showed that WBC classification by SE-9500was reliable within the certain range,however,manual examination by microscope was very necessary for the samˉples beyond the range.
