摘　　要：床边心电监护仪对心肌梗塞、休克和心力衰竭等急症、重症是一种行之有效的检查和监测方法,它使部分心脏病的早期诊断和治疗成为可能。但是 ,由于大多数床边心电监护仪没有为用户提供离散数据通道 ,给希望利用在实时监测中获得的心电和血压数据对患者病情和发展趋势进行探索性分析的医务工作者带来很大困难。本文利用屏幕复制和图像识别等技术将显示在屏幕上的心电和血压曲线转换成离散数据供临床医生和医学研究人员进行更深入的离线分析。It is an effective examination and diagnostic method to use bedside ECG Monitor for myocardial infarction,shock and heart failure,etc.It makes it possible to do early diagnosis and therapy of some heart disease.Majority of ECG Monitor doesn't provide dispersed data channels for users,so it is very difficult for doctors who desire to make off-line analysis of patient's condition and tendency of development of the disease,using the data getting from ECG Monitor.This paper uses the methods of print screen and image recognition to transform the image of electrocardiogram and blood pressure displayed in the screen into disperse data,which can be used to make further analysis by clinic docˉtors or experts of medicine.
