摘　　要：SARS肆虐期间 ,北京、广州等重灾区大量应用无创正压机械通气技术救治SARS患者。通过众多新闻媒体的报道 ,无创正压通气技术的概念和无创通气呼吸机为更多的人所认识。文章对无创正压机械通气技术临床应用进行研讨。When SARS was prevalent,the heavy disaster areas like Beijing and Guangzhou made widely use of noninvaˉsive positive pressure mechanical ventilate technique to cure SARS sufferer.More and more people know the conception of noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilate technique and noninvasive ventilator through the report by many medias.This article enters into the clinic application of the noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilate technique.
