摘 要:PVP protected Mo-doped TiO2 colloids were synthesized using the sol-gel method.The TiO2thin films deposited on different substrates were prepared by the dipping-lifting method.The films were characterized by UV-Vis and electrochemical measurement,and the photocatalytic activity was evaluated by photodegradation of methylene blue under UV radiation.The results indicate that the absorption edge of TiO2 thin film doped by Mo6+is extended and the photocurrent of that film is enhanced.The photocatalytic activity of 0.75%Mo-doped TiO2films calcined at 300℃ reached the maximum value.PVP protected Mo-doped TiO_2 colloids were synthesized using the sol-gel method.The TiO_2thin films deposited on different substrates were prepared by the dipping-lifting method.The films were characterized by UV-Vis and electrochemical measurement,and the photocatalytic activity was evaluated by photodegradation of methylene blue under UV radiation.The results indicate that the absorption edge of TiO_2 thin film doped by Mo^(6+)is extended and the photocurrent of that film is enhanced.The photocatalytic activity of 0.75%Mo-doped TiO_2films calcined at 300℃ reached the maximum value.
