“海洋一号”卫星在我国海洋资源开发与保护中的作用

摘　　要：海洋是人类巨大的资源宝库。长期以来,我国在海洋资源的开发和保护过程中积累了大量的经验,但是从整体上来看,对海洋的开发力度还不够,并且在某些方面存在着过度的开发。因此,通过卫星等高科技手段重新认识和开发海洋资源已迫不及待。我国于2002年5月15日发射的“海洋一号”卫星打开了我国开发海洋资源,保护海洋环境的大门。本文结合我国海洋资源的开发和利用现状,详细阐述了“海洋一号”卫星在这一领域中的作用。Ocean is a gigantic treasure of resources for human being. Although we have accumulated much experience in ocean resources exploiting and protecting in a fairly long period of time, the present technique is still incomplete and inefficient. Eventually there exists some excessive exploitation. Therefore it is high time for us to know more and exploit further our oceanic resources through high-tech methods. The Chinese artificial earth satellite 'HY-1'was launched on May 15, 2002, offering a short cut for our country to fully exploit the oceanic resources and protect the oceanic environment. In this paper, we discuss the utilization of 'HY-1' in the oceanic resources exploitation and protection relating to the status of our country.
