摘  要:阐述了一种动态测定内燃机进气门座处气体流通特性的方法。测量系在内燃机热车拖动情况下进行。测定时用内燃机数据分析系统采集进气过程中进气歧管测量截面处的压力波、速度波以及气缸内的压力波信号,然后由计算机求得进气门座处的流量系数。讨论了动态测定结果与稳流吹风试验装置测定结果存在差异的原因。In this paper a method for dynamically measuring air flow characteristics at intake valve seat of internal combustion engine is presented. The measurement was carried out by the way of motoring the engine under hot condition and collecting pressure waves ,speed waves at measured section of intake manifold and compression pulse signals inside the cylinder during intake process by using a ICE data analysing system, then the flow coefficient at intake valve seat was calculated with a computer. In addition ,the reasons why the result dynamically measured differs from that measured by a steady-state air blowing unit are also discussed.
