浙江省城市社区体育现状及发展对策研究

摘　　要：运用文献分析、实地考察、访谈、数理统计等方法,对浙江省城市社区体育的现状进行研究。结果表明:现阶段浙江省城市社区体育发展较快,社区群众强身健体的条件得到改善,基层社区的体育组织管理职能得到增强。但由于受一些条件的制约,社区体育目前存在的主要问题是:经费匮乏;场地拥挤,得不到保证;体育活动缺乏必要的指导和医务监督;社会体育指导员相对较少。揭示了浙江省城市社区体育的基本特征,找出影响和制约其发展的主要因素,并提出了进一步发展浙江省城市社区体育的对策与建议。The article did research on the current situation of the sports activities in the city communities of Zhejiang province according to methods of literature,exploration,interview and statistics. The conclusions are as follows: in this stage, the speed of the sports activities development in the city communities of Zhejiang province is high and the conditions with which residents do exercises in the city communities are better and the administrant functions of the local sports organizations are strengthened. However, due to the restrictions of some conditions, there are still some problems existing in the city communities sports activities such as financial shortage and limitation of the space. In addition, the directions and medical services couldn' t be supplied and there are less social sports directors in the area than the other places, too. The article exposed to the public of the basic features about the city communities sports in Zhejiang province, found out the main factors which affected and constrained its development and also gave some advice and countermeasures useful to promote city communities sports development in Zhejiang province.
