摘　　要：分析了柴油机喷油器及其针阀偶件常见失效形式及影响其正常工况的相关因素,详细阐述了具体的诊断方法,并提出了提高柴油机喷油器及其针阀偶件质量和使用寿命的有效措施。Analyzed common failure for the sprayer and its valve piece of the diesel engine and their effect factors for the diesel engine, devoted the detailed methods of fault-diagnosing, and proposed the main steps to increase quality and service life for the sprayer and its valve piece of the diesel engine.
