完全胸腔镜下心内直视手术的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　探索完全胸腔镜下心内直视手术可行性手术过程中的可能风险。方法　选取 6 0支杂种成年狗 ,雌雄不拘 ,按手术前后顺序分为A、B、C三组 ,每组 2 0例 ,行完全胸腔镜下心内直视手术。记录每例手术时间、术中出现的意外损伤 ,对各组结果进行比较。结果　手术平均时间分别为 :A组 (5 6± 1 2 )h ,B组 (3 4± 0 8)h ,C组 (2 1± 0 3)h ;手术失败三组分别为 3、0、0例 ;三组实验动物意外损伤发生率 ,A组明显高于B、C组 (P <0 0 5和 0 0 1) ,分别为 2 4、8、1处。结论　经过一定时间技能训练 。Objective 1.To reaserch the technical feasibility of totally thoracoscopic open heart surgery ;2. To summarize the risks of totally thoracoscopic open heart surgery ;3.To practice the skill of totally thoracoscopic open heart surgery. Methods The experiment of total thoracosopic open heart surgery on 60 adult dogs were performed.Sixty dogs were divided into group A、B and C according to the order of operation schedule.The total thoracosopic open heart surgery time and accidental injuries among three groups were compared and analysed. Results The durations of total thoracosopic open heart surgery were respectively 5.6 hours,3.4 hours,2.1 hours; accidental injuries happened in 24 cases,8 cases and 1 case in group A,B and C respectively. Conclusion The experiment demonstrates that totally thoracoscopic open heart surgery is technically feasible.
