保康野生紫薇的遗传多样性研究

摘　　要：利用RAPD分子标记技术对湖北保康野生紫薇的遗传多样性进行分析 ,结果表明 ,保康野生紫薇具有较丰富的遗传多样性 ,其平均有效等位基因数为 1.72 5 7,平均基因多样度为 0 .4 0 89,平均shannon信息指数为 0 .5 95 2。The genetic diversity of wild Lagerstroemia from B ao kang county in Hubei province has been analyzed using RAPD molecular marker , th e result showed that wild lagerstroemia from Baokang has high genetic diversity with average effective number of alleles being 1.725 7 , average gene diversity being 0.408 9 and average shannon information index being 0.595 2. The study is important for effective conservation and reasonable usage of wild Lagerstroemi a resource from Baokang .
