摘  要:目的探讨改进显微外科技术,提高犬囊状动脉瘤模型制作成功率的方法.方法运用改进的显微外科技术将30只犬的颈外静脉囊吻合到颈总动脉建立动脉瘤模型.术后7~14 d行影像学检查和大体观察证实动脉瘤的形成情况.结果术后动物全部健康成活,建立动脉瘤模型27个,其中侧壁型15个,分叉部6个,末端型6个,制作成功率90%(27/30).模型可持续存在达68 d.结论该改进方法制作的模型较为理想,能模仿出人类动脉瘤的血流动力学、瘤体大小及载瘤动脉管径,且能进行常规导管介入神经外科操作.Objective To increase the successful rate of making experimental saccular aneurysm (AN) in canines. Method The saccular AN were successfully established in 27 of 30 canines (90%) by anastomosing the external jugular vein pouch to the common carotid artery (CCA) with improved microsurgical technique. Results All the animals survived after the operation. Of 27 AN estab-lished, 15 were the lateral type, 6 at the bifurcation of CCA and 6 terminal type. The AN model established by this method lasted 68 days. Conclusions By using the improved microsurgical techniquecan, we can create relatively ideal AN model, in which the hemady-namics, the size of aneurysm and parent arteries is similar to those in the human AN, and the routine interventient operation can be performed by using catheters.
