刺五加生脉注射液对提高超薄超长带蒂皮瓣成活的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中药刺五加生脉注射液提高超薄超长带蒂皮瓣成活的临床应用。方法 :对 1995年 3月～ 2 0 0 3年 5月收治的 5 0例行超薄超长随意带蒂皮瓣手术的病例随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组 30例 ,在手术后行刺五加生脉注射。观察两组皮瓣的成活率、皮瓣长宽比例增加的安全范围和皮瓣断蒂时间 ,并进行统计学处理。结果 :①实验组皮瓣 10 0 %成活率占 97% ,90 %成活率占 3% ,对照组皮瓣 10 0 %成活率占 15 %。②皮瓣长 :宽 ,实验组 1～ 1 5∶1为 5例 ,2～ 2 5∶1为 11例 ,3～ 3 5∶1为 8例 ,4～ 4 5∶1为 3例 ,5～ 6∶1为 3例 ;对照组 1～ 1 5∶1为 13例 ,2～ 2 5∶1为 6例 ,3～ 3 5∶1为 1例。③实验组的断蒂时间在 7～ 14d ,对照组为 3周 (传统断蒂时间 )。结论 :中药刺五加生脉注射液能够提高皮瓣成活率 ,可安全增加皮瓣的长宽比例 ,但以 <4∶1为安全 ,缩短皮瓣的断蒂时间是可行的 。Objective:To investigate clinical application of the thiner and longer pedicle randomized flap transfer.Methods:Fifty patients were divided randomly into experimental and control group.Thirty patients of the experimental group were injected with Ciwujia Shengmai after operation.The survive rate of pedicle randomized flap,the safe range of increasing rate of length and width and the times of severing flap wre observed.The clinical data were analyzed with statistically.Results:① In the experimental group,100% survive rate was 97% and 90% survive rate was 3%.In the control group,100% survive rate was 15%.② The rate of length and width in the experimental group was five patients of 1～1 5∶1,eleven patients of 2～2 5∶1, eight patients of 3～3 5∶1,three patients of 4～4 5∶1,three patients of 5～6∶1.And the control group was thirteen patients of 1～1 5∶1,six patients of 2～2 5∶1,one patient of 3～3 5∶1.③ The times of severing flap for the experimental group was from seven to fourteen days,the control group was three weeks (equal to the traditiond time).Conclusion:Ciwujia Shengmai injection can improve the survive rate of pedicle randomized flap,increase the rate of length and width (the safe confine is less than 4∶1),shorten the severing flap time.
