摘　　要：目的　探讨以 5E为核心的康复治疗对腹膜透析患者抑郁的作用。方法　 39例腹膜透析大于3月患者纳入本研究 ,使用汉密顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)分别在研究开始、研究结束时评估患者的抑郁症状 ,对患者实施以 5E为核心康复干预 ,主要内容包括鼓励、教育、锻炼、工作以及评估。随访 6月观察患者抑郁症状的变化。结果　 39例患者完成随访研究。到研究终末具有抑郁症状患者由开始时的 17例减少到9例。患者在研究开始与随访 6月时患者抑郁症状的发生率与抑郁评分分别为 ( 4 3.6 %vs 2 3.1% ,x2 =3.6 9,P <0 .0 5 )与 [( 6 .6 4± 5 .0 1)vs ( 4 .90± 4 .6 4 ) ,t=2 .72 ,P <0 .0 5 ]。患者在随访终末时抑郁症状的发生率及抑郁评分较研究开始时均有显著降低。结论　本研究表明以Objective To investigate the role of 5E rehabilitation program in improving psychological status in peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients. Methods Thirty-nine patients who had received PD for a minimum duration of 3 months were recruited in this study. Depression was evaluated using Hamilton Depression Rating Scale in the beginning and of the end of this study. 5E rehabilitation intervention including encouragement,education,exercise,employment and evaluation was implemented on patients,and patients were followed up for 6 months in order to observe the changes of depressive symptoms. Results Thirty-nine patients completed this follow-up study. At the end of this study,patients with depressive symptom decreased from 17 cases in the beginning to 9 cases at the end. The prevalence and depression scores in the beginning and at the end of this study are 43.6% vs 23.1%,x 2=3.69,(P<0.05)and 6.64±5.01 vs 4.90±4.64,t=2.72,(P<0.05)respectively. Conclusion This study demonstrated that 5E rehabilitation program can improve psychiatric symptoms in peritoneal dialysis patients. Physicians and nurses should pay attention to the rehabilitation treatment.
