摘  要:对木霉菌Th B的生长温度、pH范围、碳氮营养要求以及对6种常用化学杀菌剂的耐受程度进行了研究。结果表明,该菌株在15~35℃下均能生长,其最适生长温度为25~30℃;在pH5~8之间均能生长,最适的pH范围为5~6;蔗糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖、木糖和淀粉有利于菌丝生长,而麦芽糖和D-半乳糖较差。在7种氮源中,胰蛋白胨和硫酸铵为最适氮源,而尿素不利于菌丝生长。6种化学杀菌剂不同有效浓度对其均有抑制作用,但在同一有效浓度下,速克灵对木霉菌株Th B的抑制作用最大,菌核净、瑞毒霉和甲基托布津对其生长的抑制作用较小。A Trichoderma harzianum strain, Th-B, with potential application value was studied in the media on its temperature, pH value, nutrients of carbon and nitrogen sources and durability to 6 common chemicals based on mycelium growth. The results showed that Th-B may grow at 15~35℃ and optimally at 25~30℃. It could grow at pH 5~8 and optimally pH 5~6. Sucrose, mannose, glucose, xylose and starch were beneficial to its growth compared with maltose and D-galactose. Peptide and ammonium sulfate were the best nitrogen for its growth, but urea was the worse among the 7 nitrogen sources. Although 6 chemicals inhibited the growth of Th-B in different effective concentrations, sumilex inhibited Th-B most strongly compared with carbendazim,dimethachlon, Ridomil, thiophanate-methyl and tricyclazole in the same concentrations.
