陈皮对草鱼细胞免疫影响的研究

摘　　要：在草鱼基础饵料中添加0 1%,0 2%,0 3%和0 4%陈皮,45d后测定实验组和对照组的NBT(硝基蓝四氮唑)阳性细胞数平均分别为27 11,33 38,28 61,28 18和18 82,各试验组与对照组有非常显著差异(P<0 01),白细胞吞噬百分数平均分别为57 59,63 04,65 53,71 30和52 31,0 2%组、0 3%组、0 4%组与对照组有非常显著差异(P<0 01),0 1%组与对照组无显著差异(P>0 05),ANAE阳性细胞数平均分别为20 26,33 15,35 68,37 88和17 38,0 2%组、0 3%组、0 4%组与对照组有非常显著差异(P<0 01),0 1%组与对照组无显著差异(P>0 05),表明陈皮作为饲料添加剂可非常明显提高草鱼的免疫功能,添加量以0 2%最佳。0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4% orange peels were added to the basic feed of grass carp. The NBT positive cells were determined 45d later. The values for the groups were 27.11,33.38,28.61,28.18,18.82, There were significant difference in treatment and control group(P<0.01).Leucocyte phagocytose percentage were 57.59,63.04,65.53,71.30 and 52.31. there were little difference in 0.1% group and control group(P>0.05); ANAE positive cells were 20.26,33.15,35.68,37.88 and 17.38. There were significant difference in 0.2% group,0.3% group,0.4% group and control group(P<0.01) and little difference in 0.1% group and control group(P>0.05). The results showed that orange peel could greatly improve the immune function of grass carp by using as a feed additive,0.2% are the best.
