环氧树脂基多孔光学增透膜的制备及其性能研究

摘  要:利用低分子量环氧树脂(DGEBA)在固化后和与之共混的聚氯乙烯(PVC)之间产生的相分离,用丁酮 抽提其中的PVC组分,制备了环氧树脂基多孔增透膜。测试结果表明,当mDGEBA/mPVC=30/70、膜厚为110 nm时,增透膜的透过率最高,达96%以上。薄膜在水或甲苯中煮沸不发生收缩、脱落,表现良好的粘附力和 机械强度。The phase separation of cured epoxy resin containing poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) was observed. By employing the selective solvent of butanone to remove PVC from the blend film, the porous epoxy resin optical antireflective film was fabricated. It was noted that the maximum transmission was greater than 96% if the ratio of DGEBA/PVC was 30/70 ( w/w ) and the thickness of the film was controlled to be 110 nm. The film did not contract or removed from the solid surface even boiled in solvents, and show favorable adhesive effect and mechanical strengthen.
