摘　　要：通过问卷调查及斑贴试验对常见环境接触因素在 48例手部皮炎患者发病中的作用进行了研究。结果确诊接触性皮炎 7例 (14 6% ) ,其中 5例为职业性接触性皮炎 ;其余 41例为可疑接触性皮炎。手部皮炎患者斑贴阳性率偏低 (5 1% ) ;洗涤剂引起或加重患者病情的占 41 7%。水引起或加重患者病情的占 3 9 6% ;说明刺激因素在手部皮炎中也很重要。可疑接触性皮炎患者斑贴阳性率为 46 3 % ,接触过敏因素在这部分患者发病中的作用仍不能忽视。Environmental contac t factor in the pathogenesis of hand dermatitis(HD) was investigated by using patch testing and a questionnaire.48 HD patients were stud ied.7(14.6%)of these were diagnosed as h aving contact dermatitis(CD),and 5 of th em were occupational dermatitis.Other pa tients were considered as suspected CD.T he total positivity rate of patch testin g in HD was 51%.The detergent causes or wors ens the dermatitis in 41.7% of the patie nts and the water,in 39.6% suggesting sk in irri tation may be also important in HD.In pa tient with suspected CD,the positivity r ate of patch testing was 46.3% suggesing that contact hypersensitivity may also play a role.The relationship between the se positive patch test results and the C D should be studied further.
