早产儿血中前白蛋白水平的观察及意义

摘　　要：目的　通过对早产儿血中前白蛋白水平的测定 ,探讨其作为评价早产儿营养状况的价值。方法　采用速率法检测 4 8例早产儿、35例足月儿血中前白蛋白水平。结果　①早产儿组前白蛋白水平明显低于足月儿组 ,两组之间比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;②低胎龄组早产儿前白蛋白水平明显低于高胎龄组早产儿 ,两组之间比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论　前白蛋白可作为早产儿宫内营养评价指标 ,为营养支持治疗提供依据。Objective To assess the role of serum prealbumin measurement of prematures in evaluation of prematures'nutritional status.Methods By using velocity assays, we measured serum prealbumin from 48 prematures and 35 term-birth infants.Results The level of serum prealbumin in prematures was markedly lower than that in full-term infants (P<0.01).The level of serum prealbumin in low gestational age prematures was markedly lower than that in high gestational age prematures (P<0.01).Conclusion Serum prealbumin concentration can be used to evaluate nutritional status of prematures and is therefore assistant to clinical therapy of nutritional support.
