摘 要:1994~2002年在东北农业大学校内农学试验田进行作物定位轮作的长期试验研究,分别对不同作物轮作体系的土壤微生物、土壤优质真菌及土壤肥力的演变做了研究和分析。现将不同轮作方式对大豆田土壤微生物数量的影响加以总结。结果表明,不同轮作大豆田土壤细菌和放线菌数量均前期较低,生育盛期和成熟期较高,土壤真菌数量以苗期、结荚期较高,生育中后期有所减少;不同轮作方式相比,连作种植促使大豆田土壤微生物区系由细菌型向真菌型转化。The long term experiment of crop rotation had been started and condu cted at the agricultural experiment plot in the campus of Northeast Agricultural University in 1994-2002. The effects of soil microorganism environment and soil fertility due to crop rotation were investigated and analyzed. Summarize the re sult of impact on soil microorganism quantity of the soybean field of different crop rotation ways now. The result indicates, on the field of soybean of differe nt crop rotation soil bacteria and actinomyces quantity was relatively lower in early growing stage of crops and was raised during vigorous growing stage and cr op maturing period, at seedling stage by fungi quantity, the quantity reduces to some extent on later stage while giving birth to; different crop rotation ways was compared, continuous cropping impel the soil microorganism environment of so ybean field to be transformed to the fungi type by the bacterium type.
