春小麦多父本杂交对F_3影响的研究

摘  要:用随机区组法,研究了多父本混合花粉授粉杂交F3代及其多亲本在12个农艺性状上的表现。结果显示,小麦多父本混合花粉授粉对不同性状遗传改良效果存在明显差异,亲代对后代的影响多为正向的。综合分析后代各性状平均值、变异系数、最大值、最小值的表现以及与亲代及对照的差异,表明小麦多基因型混合花粉授粉在单株重、收获指数、千粒重上遗传改良潜力最大,容易产生突破;在主穗小穗数、主茎重、穗长上改良潜力较大,易于通过亲本选择加以遗传控制;在主穗粒重、有效小穗数、主穗粒数上改良潜力主要依懒于亲本水平提高而增强;在杂交后代中,株高有向高秆方向发展的倾向,应注意矮源引入及后代对矮秆类型的选择。Comparing the differences of 12 agronomic traits between parents and their F3 generation of a cross which pollinated by multiple parental mixture po llen in spring wheat ( L. aestivum L.) by the random block design. The results s howed that multiple parental pollination have an obvious active effect on most characters. The differences of C.V. averages, maximum, minimum between F3 and th eir parents and CK indicated that the genetic improvement potential and breakthr ough effects could be achieved easily in weight/plant, harvest index and weight/ 1000 grains, and larger genetic advances were presented in spikelets, weight/ste m, ear length with the controlled effects by the selection of parents. The lower improvements were performed in grain weight/ear, fertile spikelets, grains/ear. The introduction of dwarf parents and selection of lower plants in descendant g eneration should be emphasized becauce a trend to taller in plant height was fou nd in F3 generation.
