摘　　要：目的探讨2000型全自动内镜灭菌器在手术中消毒灭菌效果。方法将内镜灭菌器械放置于内镜灭菌器内,微电脑处理,灭菌过程全自动化,30min内完成灭菌。结果2000型全自动内镜灭菌器具有高效、省时、省力、操作简单、无毒无害能有效灭菌等优点。结论运用2000型全自动内镜灭菌器对内镜灭菌器械消毒灭菌,有效地满足医院对内镜器械的灭菌和满足连台手术的需要,提高医院贵重内镜的使用率,又能控制因外源性感染而造成的医院感染。OBJECTIVE To study the effect to type WAYWIN 2000 automatic sterilizer for endoscope applying in the operative section. METHODS Put the used endoscopic instruments into the system WAYWIN 2000, and then process them with computer to realize automatic cleaning and disinfection within 30 minutes. RESULTS The system of WAYWIN 2000 was highly effective in sterilizing, easy to operate with time and labor saving in its procedures, no obvious damages or poisons were found. CONCLUSIONS Using the system WAYWIN 2000, we can clean and disinfect the endoscopic instruments effectively, especially in one after another operation. Therefore, we could increase the utilization of these expensive endoscopes, and control the cross infection and hospital infection safely and effectively.
