摘　　要：目的加强医院消毒设备的引进与管理。方法消毒设备的管理以适应医院发展需求为前提,做到充分调查市场,正确选择及论证消毒设备的使用环境,合理配置消毒设备,建立设备档案,采取有效干预措施,定期保养,及时维修。结果我院消毒设备完好率100%,故障维修率2%,修复率96%,过期运转率10%,消毒设备始终保持良好运行状态。结论消毒设备管理应做到引进、使用、维修三结合,使其发挥并达到综合管理效益。OBJECTIVE To intensify introduction and management for disinfection equipment in hospital. METHODS The management of disinfection equipment should meet the requirement of hospital development. A thorough market investigation should be done and the environment for application of disinfection equipment should be chosed correctly and the equipment should also be collocated rationally. Other measures included the establishment of the equipment file, effective intervention measures and regular maintenance. RESULTS The perfect rate for the disinfection equipment in our hospital was 100% and the rate for trouble service was 2%. The rate for repairment was 96% and the rate for overdue operation was 10%. The equipment had been kept running satisfactorily. CONCLUSIONS The management of disinfection equipment should combine its introduction, usage and maintenance together so as to reach comprehensive benefit of management.
