摘　　要：目的探讨对再生医疗器械的全程质量控制管理。方法认真执行再生医疗器械操作规程,严格进行回收、洗涤、分类、包装、灭菌、发放、监测各环节的质量控制管理。结果提高了工作效率及器械质量,实施12个月后工作质量与实施前比较,经χ2检验(P<005)差异有显著性,具有统计学意义。结论全程质控管理,完善了管理方法,促进了管理质量的提高,保证了再生医疗器械的安全有效地使用,达到了控制医院感染、提高医疗护理水平。OBJECTIVE To discuss overll quality control of regenerated medical instrument. METHODS We executed the rutine of regenerated instrument seriously during our daily work,and gave strict management during overall quality control such as callback,washing,classification,packaging,sterilization,handout,and inspection. RESULTS We have increased efficiency,and improved the quality of instrument. Comparing with the past work 12 months before by χ 2 testing,we demonstrated that the efficacy was significantly enhanced. CONCLUSIONS By overall quality control we could promise the safety utility of regenerated medical instrument,on the other hand it has some advantage to control the hospital infection and advancement of medical nursing level.
