摘　　要：中国共产党是中国最广大人民群众根本利益的代表,这决定了党以民为本的执政理念。目前,中国面临着两个不协调:经济发展与社会发展不协调;市场经济与政治民主不协调。这又使新一届中央领导集体在施行以民为本执政理念的过程中表现出亲近平民、限制威权、注重德治的特色。Chinese Communist Party is a delegate of the fundamental interests of the broad masses in China, which decides the CCP's administrative idea of people first. At present, China faces two inconsistencies: the inconsistency between the development of economy and society; the inconsistency of market economy and political democracy. This makes the new central leading collective's behavior is close to common people, limits the authority and pay attention to the rule of virtue.
