摘  要:板材冲压智能化是一项涉及控制科学、计算机科学和板材塑性成形理论等领域的综合性新技术。该技术的研究已有 10几年的历史 ,但主要是集中在V型弯曲的回弹控制方面 ,直到 90年代初才开始对筒形件拉深的智能化控制进行探索性研究。本文研究建立了轴对称壳体零件拉深过程智能化控制系统 ,并以锥形件为例 ,分析了轴对称曲面零件拉深过程中的共同特点 ,建立了完整的力学模型 。The intelligent press forming of sheet metal is a completely new and comprehensive technology that combines control-science, computer science and metal forming theory. Although the technology had emerged for over ten years, it mainly focused on the spring back of V-shaped bending. Not until the early 1990s, has some pioneer research been conducted on the intellectualized control of cup-deep drawing. After prolonged theoretical and experimental research, the author developed an intellectualized control system on the deep drawing processing of axial\|symmetric shell part. By applying this system to conic part, the author analyzed the common general feature of axial-symmetric part on the process of deep drawing and concluded a completely mechanical model and finally realized the deep drawing intellectualized control of axial-symmetric shell part.
