摘  要:通过分析深小锥孔开式冷挤压成形特点 ,描述了其成形极限 ,建立了变形区非稳态连续速度场 ;利用上限原理得到了成形极限的理论模型。通过分析各主要参数对成形极限的影响 ,得到了深小锥孔件开式冷挤压成形的理论成形范围 ,通过与实验结果比较 ,误差小于 8% ,满足实用要求。In the paper, the forming limit was depicted by analysis of the deep tine taper hole is formed by open-die extrusion., unstable continuity velocity field is established. The theoretical model of the forming limit is obtained by means of upper-bound method. Effect of main parameters on the forming limit is analysed, and the theoretical limit range was obtained. By means of contrasting to experimental data, the error is smaller than 8%, It is significant to make forming technology of deep tine taper hole formed by open-die extrusion.
