Change of Phenolic Acids Concentration in Soil under Wheat Straw Mulch and the Effect of Phenolic Acids on Early Growth Stage of Summer Maize

摘  要:室内和田间试验表明:麦秸的水浸提物对玉米的胚芽和胚根的生长有显著影响作用。小麦-玉米轮作区免耕覆盖的土壤中可以检测到4种酚酸:阿魏酸、香草酸、肉桂酸和对羟基苯甲酸,它们在土壤中的平均含量分别为(2.62~4.94)×10-5,(5.72~7.54)×10-5,(3.05~5.38)×10-5和(3.93~5.20)×10-5mol/L。它们在土壤中下降的速度很慢。室内检测阿魏酸、香草酸和对羟基苯甲酸抑制玉米的胚芽和胚根的生长,其抑制根伸长10%的浓度(ED10)分别是1.14,3.57和6.30mmol/L。Trials were conducted in laboratory and field in Beijing region indicated allelopathy of wheat straw on maize. Four phenolic acids as allelochemicals have been identified and quantified in no-tillage with wheat straw mulch. They are ferulic acid (FA), vanillic acid (VA), cinnamonic acid (CA) and p-hydroxybenzoic acid (p-HBA). Their average amounts are (1.31-2.47)×10^(-7),(2.86-3.77)×10^(-7),(1.53-2.69)×10^(-7)and (1.97-2.60)×10^(-7)mol/L, respectively, and they reduced slowly in soil. FA, VA and p-HBA were tested in laborotary bioassay for their allelopathic effects on germination and seedling growth of maize. The concentrations required to reduce growth by 10% of maize radicle of FA, VA and p-HBA, namely ED_(10), are 1.14,3.57,6.30 mmol/L, respectively.
