仙人掌粉对糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察仙人掌粉对糖尿病大鼠血糖及胰岛素敏感性指数的影响,以探讨其对糖尿病的作用机制。方法:选取健康雄性Wistar大鼠50只,造模成功32只,随机将其分为4组(每组8只):模型组,仙人掌粉低、中、高剂量犤2.5,5.0,10.0g/(kg·d)犦组。测定各组大鼠血糖值,24h尿量,空腹胰岛素测定,胰岛素敏感性指数(insulinsensitivityindex,ISI)。另选健康大鼠32只,禁食3h后测血糖,随机分为4组,每组8只。设对照组,仙人掌粉低、中、高剂量犤2.5,5.0,10.0g/(kg·d)犦组。各组仙人掌粉剂量同上,喂饲4周后,再次测空腹血糖值。结果:经治疗后仙人掌粉高、中剂量组糖尿病大鼠血糖值分别为(6.69±4.42),(15.77±5.66)mmol/L,与模型组的同期血糖犤(24.4±5.35)mmol/L犦比较,差异有显著性意义(t=7.218,P<0.01;t=3.314,P<0.05);且治疗后仙人掌粉高剂量组糖尿病大鼠的ISI(-1.12±0.53)与模型组同期(-1.77±0.24)比较,差异也有显著性意义(t=3.160,P<0.05)。仙人掌粉高剂量组治疗后糖尿病大鼠尿量明显少于治疗前(t=30.316,P<0.01)。同时各剂量组均无降低正常大鼠血糖值的作用。结论:仙人掌粉能有效降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖、尿量,提高其ISI。AIM: To observe the effect of cactus powder on blood sugar and insulin sensitivity index(ISI) of diabetic rats, and study the theory that cactus powder cures diabetes.<METHODS:Totally 50 male healthy Wistar rats were selected and 32 diabetic animal models of them were established by using alloxan to damage the β cell of pancreatic islands in rats choicely.They were randomly divided into four groups(8 models for each group):control group,the high,middle and low dosage of cactus powder[10.0,5.0,2.5 g/kg per day] groups.The blood sugar,urine volume of 24 hours,insulin on an empty stomach and ISI were estimated.Another 32 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups(8 models for each group):control group,the high,middle and low dosage of cactus powder[10.0,5.0,2.5 g/kg per day] groups.The blood sugar was estimated after fasting for three hours.The blood sugar on an empty stomach was estimated after fed for four weeks.<RESULTS:After curing, blood sugar of the high and middle dosage group of cactus powder was (6.69± 4.42) mmol/L and (15.77± 5.66) mmol/L,and compared with the control group[( 24.4± 5.35) mmol/L],there was significant difference( t=7.218,P< 0.01;t=3.314,P< 0.05) .There was significance difference between ISI(- 1.12 ± 0.53)of the high dosages of cactus powder and the control group(- 1.77± 0.24)( t =3.160,P< 0.05) .After curing, the urine volume of diabetic rats in the high dosages of cactus powder decreased obviously( t=30.316,P< 0.01) .The three dosages all had no function of lowing the blood sugar of normal rats.<CONCLUSION:Cactus powder can drop the blood sugar, urine volume and increase the ISI of the diabetic rats significantly.
