徐州市儿童肥胖的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析徐州市8～9岁儿童发生肥胖的相关因素,为制定防治肥胖的有效手段提供依据。方法:采取调查问卷形式分别对徐州市解放路、海郑路、青年路三所小学3年级127名1993年出生的男生进行抽样调查,分析肥胖发生的相关因素。结果:超体质量为50名(39.3%),肥胖倾向的儿童为15名(11.8%);家长的观念、家长的文化程度、儿童的生活习惯及饮食控制是影响儿童肥胖的影响因素。结论:徐州市8～9岁儿童肥胖发生率较高,且受多方面因素影响,防治儿童肥胖中家长的参与是必要的。AIM:To analyze the related factors to the occurrence of obesity in children aged 8 to 9 years in Xuzhou city,so as to provide useful evidence for prevention of obesity.<METHODS:Investigational questionnaire for sampling survey was performed in 127 boys who were born in 1993 and selected from Grade Three of Xuzhou Jiefang Road Primary School,Haizheng Road Primary School and Qingnian Road Primary School.And obesity related factors were analyzed.<RESULTS:Overweight was in 50 children(39.3% ) and tendency to obesity in 15(11.8% ).The ideas and educational background of parents and the living habit and diet control of children were the factors affecting obesity in children. <CONCLUSION:Incidence of obesity in children aged 8 to 9 years in Xuzhou city is higher, which is influenced by multiple factors, and it is important for parents' participation in the prevention and treatment of obesity in children.
