摘  要:目的:研制一种便携性好、反馈方式新颖的儿童多动症(attentiondeficithyperactivitydisorder,ADHD)脑电生物反馈治疗仪。方法:以凌阳芯片SPCE061为核心,设计硬件系统及控制程序,并嵌入治疗算法,自制新式脑电电极,反馈装置基于触觉似动现象。结果:本研究ADHD脑电生物反馈治疗仪包括硬件设计和软件设计两部分。在硬件上注重稳定性、低功耗和低成本;在软件上实行自顶而下的结构化设计。本仪器采用自制新式电极,电极上部的海绵体和电极下部的超强吸水纤维,保证了电极的接触良好。采用生物电信号检测常用的右腿驱动电路,提了电路对工频干扰的能力。采用SPCE061芯片为中央处理器,对实时脑电信号进行数据处理和分析。反馈方式多样,患者更感兴趣。本仪器时钟管理芯片能定时开机和关机。结论:ADHD的治疗是一个连续的过程,本设计所采用的新式脑电电极能比较好地解决电极随时间的延长而电阻增大的问题;该仪器体积小、携带方便、价格低廉,适合家庭治疗使用;电极佩带时间短,操作简便;采用可充电锂离子电池和贴片封装芯片,可长时间治疗,可定时治疗;易被儿童患者喜爱,效果很好。AIM: To develop a portable EEG biofeedback device for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) with a new type of feedback part.<METHODS: The hardware system and control program were designed basing on a microprocessor SPCE061.An algorithm of therapeutic was embedded. Moreover, a new type of electrode was made and the part of feedback of the device was based on illusion of movement of tactual sensation.<RESULTS: There was hardware and software design in the study. Stability, low power and low cost were emphasized in the hardware design; and modularization was applied in the software design. Nicer contact with scalp can be ensured by a new type of electrode, which enwrapped sponge on the top and packed strong sucking water fibre underside. For promoting capacity to counteracting 50 Hz interferer, the device took a right leg driving circuit. The SPCE061 was used as the central microprocessor and real time EEG signal was collected and analyzed in the system. The mode of feedback was multiform, and sufferer was more interesting. The clock chip used by the device could time the machine on and off automatically.<CONCLUSION: Treatment of ADHD is a continuous process, the new type of electrode employed by the device can solve the question that resistance of electrode increases along with lapse of time. The device possesses of some advantages: small cubage, low price, facing family therapy. The time of electrode preparing is short, which is easy operation. With rechargeable Li+ battery and SMD (Surface Mount Device)mounted chips, this device could work continuously and timed treatment. The device meets the design requirements and can be more interested by children and has good curative effect.
