摘 要:[目的 ]通过青黛颗粒对正常小鼠小肠推进运动功能和对新斯的明所致小鼠小肠运动功能亢进作用的影响 ,探讨该药对小肠运动功能的作用机制。 [方法 ]第 1批小鼠 5 0只 ,随机分为空白对照组 ,青黛高、中、低剂量组 ,阳性对照药组 ,每组 10只。连续给药 3d ,第 4天给予含 5 0 %墨汁的 0 .85 %氯化钠溶液灌胃 ,灌胃后 7min脱颈椎处死 ,取出小肠 ,计算墨汁推进率。第 2批小鼠 6 0只 ,随机分为空白对照组 ,模型对照组 ,青黛高、中、低剂量组 ,阳性对照药组 ,每组 10只。连续给药 4d ,禁食 16h后 ,末次给药 30min后 ,除空白对照组外均灌胃给予新斯的明。10min后给予含 5 0 %墨汁的 0 .85 %氯化钠灌胃 ,灌胃后 5min处死小鼠 ,测量小肠墨汁推进长度 ,计算推进率。[结果 ]两批小鼠青黛高、中、低剂量组和阳性对照药组的墨汁推进长度受到抑制 ,与空白对照组比较 ,均P <0 .0 1。 [结论 ]青黛颗粒对正常小鼠小肠推进运动和新斯的明所致小肠运动亢进有显著抑制作用。Objective] To study the effect of qingdai granule (QG) on the small intestinal propulsive motility in normal mice and the mice of motor hyperfunction induced by neostigmine. [Methods] The first set of healthy mice were divided into five groups randomly: blank control group, three treatment groups treated with low, middle and high dosage of QG and positive control group. After administered individually for three consecutive days, on the fourth day, the mice were treated with 50% ink saline and 7 min later disposed with the luxation of cervical vertebra. Small intestinal canal was obtained to calculate ink propulsive rate. The second set of healthy mice were divided into six groups randomly: blank control group, model control group, three treatment groups treated with low, middle and high dose of QG, positive control group. After administered individually for four consecutive days and fasted for 16 hours, the mice were given QG for the last time. Thirty minutes later, all the mice except those in the blank control group were given neostigmine. After 10 minutes, all mice were treated with 50% ink saline and 7 min later were disposed. Ink propulsive length was measured and ink propulsive rate was calculated accordingly. [Results] The ink propulsive length in the three treatment groups and the positive group was restrained in comparison with that of the blank control group. (P<0.01). [Conclusion] QG has significant inhibitive effect on the small intestinal propulsive motion in normal mice and the mice of motion hyperfunction induced by neostigmine.
